My questions are: 1) What equipment is necessary to do this? Who manufactures the equipment and how much does it cost? Are there companies that do the service of high resolution digitizing of photographs? If there are, how much do they typically charge? 2) In a related thread, is there software that can improve the resolution and enhance the appearance of digitized color images? 3) What books would you recommend? Thank you for your help, Jon Noring
