I need to convert some images from PICT2 format (8 bits RGB) to just about
anything else that I can handle. I looked at all the packages that do
similar things that I could find (namely pbmplus, utah RLE, fbm, Sam
Leffler's TIFF library) and could not do this.
What I am looking for is either of the following:
-a PICT2 to other format (sun rasterfile, raw bytes, etc.) converter;
-the specs for a PICT2 file (is PICT2 the same as 'New PICT' in Inside Mac
 Vol. V?)
-some Mac program that loads (24bit) PICT2 files and saves them in some
 other format.
