I recommend you look at the publically available
Ada 9X revision requests and the Ada 9X revision requirements
draft for the possibilities/requirements being considered.
We are not yet in the position of publically releasing an
"official" language change proposal  (this will be happening
sometime in the spring of 1991, with hints earlier at
Tri-Ada/Sig-Ada/Ada-UK meetings).

The RRs and the draft requirements are available by anonymous FTP from
the AJPO.SEI.CMU.EDU machine (public/ada9x), on the Ada 9X bulletin
board (1-800-ADA9X25), and from the Ada Information
Clearinghouse (1-703-685-1477).
