FTP users can get an APL font from ymir.claremont.edu in the file
[anonymous.tex.mf.misc]cmapl10.mf Macros for support are in
[anonymous.tex.inputs.plain-contrib] in the files apldef.tex
aplstyle.tex and aplverb.tex.

Those without FTP access can send the following commands to
mailserv@ymir.claremont.edu to get the files:
send [tex.mf.misc]cmapl10.mf
send [tex.inputs.plain-contrib]apldef.tex
send [tex.inputs.plain-contrib]aplstyle.tex
send [tex.inputs.plain-contrib]aplverb.tex
