Being the happy owner of an Acorn Archimedes, but also getting interested in object-oriented program, I'm in sort of a dilemna. Acorn doesn't seem to have any solid plans of doing a C++ for the Archimedes (and unfortunately, since I'm on *this* side of the Atlantic, I can't get to where they pointed me to look :-( So... Does anyone know of any status of porting g++ to the Archimedes? Can I send someone diskettes to get it? Is there a commercial-type C++ designed around the Archimedes (and thus handling it's kinda-odd OS better)? Please email responses to me (if possible); any sort of leads/information would be *greatly* appreciated! Thanks, Roger Espinosa rre@ihlpn.ATT.COM
