FWIW, Xlisp is NOT public domain.  David Betz holds the copyright on it
since version 1.7 (or 1.8), it was PD before that.  It is freely
distributable, you just can't make any money on it.

It was the PD version that Autodesk ripped off and incorporated into
the Autocad product as "Autolisp".  Without so much as a thanks, as I
understand...
