It seems very "strange" and "unreasonable" to me that there are so many books on C++ but only 1 (Cox's book) book on Objective C. Where are all the publishers for Objective C? Personally, I think the lack of books on Objective C plays a major role in why programmers prefer C++ more ... they really don't, but they are stuck with it because there is no easy way for them to learn Objective C by reading. Come on, publishers. The demand is out there, but there is a lack of supply. All emails should be sent to achoi@cory.berkeley.edu.
