Now let's say I used that font in a word processing document and that instead of printing the document to a laser printer, I saved the PostScript into a file. Now the PostScript information for the font is included in the file. But it's MY document. Am I legally able to distribute the file? Is the file a "derived work?" Does this mean that I can distribute the printed version (using the same font), but I can't distribute the on-line version to create the printed version? Please enlighten me. Thanks, Atul Butte Brown University ajb@cs.brown.edu
