     A small problem with elm v2.3 PL6:
     I've set titles on in my .elm/elmrc file, but it doesn't recognize the
command.  It totally ignores it.  Is there a status flag other than titles
that will counteract titles?  Also, is there a way to tag all notes?  I
haven't been able to find a command like this in any of the help files.  There
is tag by pattern; is there a wildcard like * ?
