I'd like better interrupt handling in elm. If I start to log exit, for example, I'd like to be able to interrupt the exit process and stay in the reader. (since I usually keep a large mailbox on a small-processored system, leaving and entering elm takes significant time) I'd like to be able to give it an interrupt signal anywhere, and get back to the main menu. 2. I'd like to have an "R" option while reading mail, so I can include the message I'm replying to automaticly without the "include message?" query. This would be compatible with vnews "R", too. 3. I'd like to NOT HAVE TO ANSWER "nn" everytime I run elm while su'd. I don't want elm directories and files in the "/" directory. I have no idea if my news connections will get this message to the rest of the world. Some newsgroups just seem to drop into a big hole. The last message I sent, which included a patch to allow elm to recognize a somewhat different header format used inside AT&T, dissappeared without any comments or replies. Kris A.
