I tried to configure MUSH under MS-DOS, and no matter what I do, it
announces I need the HOME directory set in UUPCUSRRC or via environment
variable-- and since I can already claim some minor expertise in UUPC, I
*know* the variable is properly set.

I suspect the error message is inccorect, that is it is catch-all
message for an improperly defined DOS environment.  

I am somewhat peeved because the person who did the DOS port didn't
bother to put his e-mail address in the readme file ...

Suggestions on getting MUSH to work???
