Suppose I were to post 100's of Credit Card numbers, or login procedures for sensitive computers, or AT&T proprietary source code on one of the newsgroups.. When this message would be distributed throughout the world, would the Secret Service be able to confiscate each machine which that particular posting resides? This is the same thing that happens to many BBS operators (SysOps) when a user or two posts "non-public-domain" messages and the SS catches it before the SysOp can delete it..
