Also there is a very big hype going on in the Business world, my own boss
came to me and told me to ditch what I was doing, b/c he read in the
Wall Street Journal, an article in which hackers broke into a system.

He's now afraid that if I do something, a hacker is going to undue it and
cause untold damage.

I guess the point I'm trying to think up is that there is FEAR in the 
community and w/ FEAR comes IGNORANCE.  Both which are the most crippling
when used together.
