Due to disk problems, I lost a day or two of mail.  If you sent me any mail
about
the Bill of Rights Status Report or House Resolution 4079 and have not received
a response, please send me mail again.

Also, our outgoing mail congestion seems to have cleared up, so I can probably
send large messages now.  If you asked me for the text of HR 4079 or the
Postscript version of the Bill of Rights Status Report and you have not yet
received it and have not obtained it elsewhere, please send me mail again.

I will be mailing the Bill of Rights Status Report to several magazines this
Saturday, in the hope of seeing it published.  I thank everybody who provided
