Article "3122@ecsvax.uucp" is listed in the "subjects" file on
BUGS.NOSC.MIL as "How to get patch running."  However, this article is
not in the  "articles" directory.  Can someone explain?

One of my students is having trouble patching dosread (Minix 1.2) so
that he can run 750K floppies and get on with some upgrading exercises.
The patch program bombs.  I was trying to fetch the aforementioned
article for him. Any ideas?
