Dear All,

My two 40Mbyte-disks are acting weird.  Can someone help me?

1.  My Seagate ST251-1 (42Mb, 28ms) still works, but makes lots of
    noise, which comes from the spindle or somewhere near it (bad
    spindle ?)  What can be done (it sounds like an airplane flying
    over the house- not funny !)

2.  My MiniScribe 3640 starts flashing its red light as soon as it
    is up to speed.  What might be wrong with it?
