Further to my last posting about MINIX crashing with 4Mb of memory
some experimentation has revealed that its only when PHYSTOP ($42e)
is 0x400000 that the problem occurs, if I set it to e.g. 0x3f0000
(just short of 4Mb) everything is OK. I modded the sysvar before
booting MINIX of course.
