Hi.

I'm going to start a projcetct which includes writng a data retrieval
system that has to run on Novell and/or 3Com networks.  This project
will be done using Turbo/MicroSoft C.  
I don't have much experience writing software for PC networks and I
was wondering if anyone can give a hint or two.  The data retrieval 
program will only do a read operation.  It is going to be very 
similar to a program that most library use to see what books are
available depending on the search criteria.

My main question is that what do I have to do to the program to insure that
it'll run on the Novell network?


Any info will be very much appreciated.
