Micorosoft is now requiring purchasers of the OS/2 1.2 Device Driver
Development Kit to sign a licensing agreement which, among other things,
gives the licencee the right to use the DDK for 3 years and Microsoft the
=>perpetual<= right to distribute the ===> source <=== and object code of
any software developed using the DDK.

Shades of GNU's Copyleft. Any takers?
