A source (now forgotten) indicated that the IBM software package
   "PC 3270 Emulation Program, Version 3.0"
provides MS Windows compatible support for IBM's 3270 board.  Further
research finds that this product has been replaced/renamed by
   "PC Personal Communications/3270"
Can anyone confirm or deny this information?
