The only jumpers are for I/O address and Memory.... You might also look at the Western Digital cards (what ever the equivalent to the 8003e is). They are as configurable and I have heard as much as twice as fast as the 3Com ones. They also have a 16-bit card that works with PC-NFS (in 8-bit mode now, w/ the next version of PC-NFS supporting the 16-bit operation, I think).
