The DEC VMS - Ultrix Connection (version 1.2) seems not to support this version. SunOS 4.1 will negotiate down to the previous version (1) if the NFS server responds with a "version mismatch" error code. Unfortunately, the VMS - Ultrix Connection returns "program unavailable", so it is not possible to mount VMS filesystems from SunOS 4.1. Does anyone have a patch to the VMS - Ultrix Connection 1.2 that will cause the correct error code to be returned?
