  I want our VAX to be a mail relay for people using PC/TCP who want to
  send mail between PCs.  I believe what I need is in order to accomplish
  this is a host system running a POP2 server.  Is this correct?

  If so, does anyone know of a POP2 server for VMS?  If not, where can
  I find one for Unix?
