I said that "all replies will be kept in the strictest confidence," but I realize now that I broke my promise. When I reprinted some of the replies that stood out to me, I didn't realize that I was not strictly observing the privacy of the people who responded to the poll, although I didn't mention any names. Keeping the replies in the strictest confidence would have required me to just provide statistics or my personal feelings. For this reason, I apologize.
