The title says it all. 
I do have one now, it comes from a 1989 version of the dvi conversion
utilities, but with latex this gives the problem that too many fonts
are downloaded I think, and the printer gives out of memory errors
all the time.
So I'd like to have a version, or a solution for this, without this 
problem.
