Many moons ago some one posted a little patch that corrected (or overcame)
the problem of the 2000 keyboard losing the very first keystroke after a
boot-up.  I had picked that up at the time, but have since lost track of it.

Would some one who knows the name of the patch and where I can get it please
tell me.  If it is as small as I seem to remember you might wish to E-mail
it if that is convenient.  If not, the pointer to what and where will do
quite nicely.
