I don't know where to buy one but I made one myself with no problems.  Radio
Shack has all the parts you need.  All you need are two 5 pin DIN connectors
(one male one female) and some 5 conductor (or more) wire.  Simply make a
pass-through of every pin.  (All 5 pins may not be required... but I did them
anyway.)  My cable is 3 feet long with no loss of data.  (I also made a similar
cable for my mouse.)
