Is there an external Ymodem batch protocol available that I can use with VLT (which I absolutely LOVE even though it's a bit of a memory hog -- haven't tried out VLTjr yet)? I find that Ymodem batch runs quite a bit faster during transfers from my local mainframe to my A500, and it somehow circumvents the idle daemon that they've installed here (yuck!) from logging me off. ;-) FTP references okay, and thanks for your time. --* Christopher W.
