Ok. I bought some ram a couple months ago, after buying them through mail order
I realized I could get them at a better place. They already sent it. I
cancelled my order. So, my question is: Can they reallygive me an invoice for
restocking even if I never really received them. It never touched my hands.
$71 is quite a bit for not receiving a thing.

If I didn't pay them, is it known for mail order companies to sue for under
$71.
