To get the title bar font you can 

	screen = LockPubScreen( "WorkBench" ) ;
	bar_font_hgt = screen->Font->ta_YSize ;
	UnlockPubScreen( NULL, screen ) ;

As to the icon's font, I defer to Peter Cherna :)
