	Yes... Amber fills in the 'missing' scanlines in non-interlace
	modes.... but only with a multisync or similar monitor
	(eg: the Commodore 1950 [did I get the number right??? hope so])
	the ol' 1040 style RGB monitors can't take advantage of Amber.
