Someone recently uploaded a file.... "dcc205c.lzh" to
abcfd20.

After unarcing this thing, I find no docs.  So, I tried
running it to see what it does.

All I get is a line with some puzzling text, followed by
Matt Dillon's name.

What the heck does this program do?
