First off, I'd recommend that you upgrade to version 3.x of GVP's driver software. It includes a new prep-program that allows non-DHx partition names. But you don't have to; simply create a MountList entry like this one: AMAX0: Device = gvpscsi.device Unit = 0 Surfaces = 6 BlocksPerTrack = 37 LowCyl = 1 HighCyl = 369 # Modify the parameters according to your needs, but *do*not* change the "Device" line, EVEN THOUGH IT DOES NOT MATCH THE OLD DRIVER'S NAME! Make sure the A-Max partition does not overlap with the RDB or any of the Amiga partitions. Mount the partition and start A-Max II - that's it! Ralph
