It seems to be worse when it is humid out but I am not sure about this. Someone told me a couple years ago that the reason this occured was because my disk drive was not screwed in completely. I did this and had no problems for a while. Now it has come back worse. Every peripherial is on tight. I thought it might some bad memory, but I ran a memory check and it said everything was ok.
