Thank ye all folks who so kindly answered my plea for help regarding 
020 and 030 Instruction/Data cache manipulation from within Modula-2.  Just to
follow up: The result is <drum roll please...>:  IT WORKS!  Yep...after
countless gurus, and strange lightshows, I have now created a working library
module for dealing with the caches.  Thanks again for the suggestions!
