This is it.  Because it's unmoderated, there is no way to keep
nontechnical discussion out of it.  The common suggestion for
a new newsgroup name would not solve the problem; only changing
to a moderated newsgroup could do that.  I haven't heard any
volunteers for the job of moderator..
