Well, I feel that it's my responsibility to translate this based on my
rusty knowledge of german & dutch. . .

-I think this is Norweigen.  A lot of the northern european languages
look enough alike to be able to read a language you're not familiar
if you know one or two others...   follow up to sci.lang  :-)
