I have tried typing 'set env_style mw' in my gulam, but it still does
not seem to be sending an ARGV-style list to programs. At least,
gcc programs show an empty string for av[0]. Any suggestions? (I usually
use MT C-Shell, but gcc-cpp.ttp still has problems running under it).
