That's a recent board which you may not have heard of. Also, to add a harddrive to an A500 requires using that "CPU slot," and most harddrive boxes come with room to put your memory -- adding more memory to an A500 is no longer as painful as it was in the days when I had one... >--- From a Ex Amiga user.
