Domain name resolver support is not available in RTU 4.x; you
need RTU 5.0 and Ethernet software version 2.5 to have full
domain name solver and domain name service support, or obtain the
resolver library source and sources to telnet, ftp, etc. and
compile them all.  RTU 4.0 has all the socket support you need to
use a nameserver, but Masscomp never bothered to include support
at that revision.
