Subject: Using 19200 baud rate on DS 3100

Is is legal to select 19200 (EXTA) on the serial ports on a
DECStation 3100?  It seemed to work for me for awhile, now I
seem to get random speeds and the port hangs, requiring
a reboot to clear it.  9600 works fine.
