I need some pinout information on the standard VGA connector (you know, the
funky 15-pin connector that's about the size of a DB-9).  I have the
actual pinout standard, but I need information on the following:

	- There are 3 bits of monitor ID on the interface.  What purpose does
	  this serve?  Could someone tell me what each of the 8 possible
	  configurations mean?
