The XT 2090 is an MFM drive with the following parmaters:
  Formatted capacity:  150 Mb
  Cylinders:           1224
  Heads                15
  SPT                  17
  Reduce Write         1225
  Write Precomp        1225
  Transfer rate        5 megabits/second
  Access               30 ms
  I have no information on the power draw.
