He's only on America Online as far as I know, but he's been good enough to send me a complete new version of DD to fix an obscure bug, and when I complained about a minor interface problem, he fixed it and again sent a copy for me to test out. All this within two days! And very reasonably, he sent the new versions electronically, so I didn't have to wait several days for the mail to come. I haven't needed to call Salient about anything (why bother when email support is easier), but they've gotten good reviews on AOL as well. That's what I call customer support all around!
