I am trying to talk to a VAX (running VMS) that wants to believe my Mac is a VT220. Indeed, I have stumbled into a loop that I can exit only by typing a key sequence that begins with GOLD. Although I am using a DA called Term220 that is meant to emulate the VT220, I can't find a key that produces the right effect. If only I knew what ASCII code the VAX wants to see, I could probably find a way to send it. Thanks for your help. --Brian Hayes hayes@concert.net
