Actually, it is at sumex-aim.  It's under a slightly strange name,
though.  It's in the info-mac/game directory, named orlando-poon.hqx (I
believe - it's definitely something with the orlando/poon name in it
somewhere, which is why you wouldn't find it under 'toxic ravine'.)
