I would like to rig up a 68030 card for my Macintosh SE (would rather make
than buy).  To get the 68000 off of the bus I need to tie LBR to ground and
pull up the other bus arbitration lines.  Are there other considerations?
I haven't looked into this too much yet.  What other issues, if any, need I
consider before wiring it up?
