I have a HyperCard stack which must be able to send data to and
receive data from a Unix program in my account.  What's the best way
to do this?  Mainly, what XCMD's and XFCN's are simplest and most
flexible to use in communicating with the serial port?  I'm currently
hooked up over LocalTalk, but some people using this may want to use a
modem.
