There are _very_ few mentions of scripting and HyperTalk [<10, if I recall correctly] and virtually all of them say "Scripting is not covered in this manual. Go to your favorite bookseller and inquire about HyperTalk books." So, since day one, Apple has effective required the aspiring scripter to go spend some more money on books in order to write scripts. Now, they will be selling the official books themselves.
