I've just switched from PageMaker 3.02 to PageMaker 4.0. When I list my PageMaker 3.02 documents by name, I find that they are called generic "documents". When I list them by icons, I see the usual PageMaker 3.0 icon. How is this possible if I have removed the PageMaker 3.02 folder from the machine? Is is my PageMaker 4.0 that resurrects the dead icon? On a related topic ... What are some serious conversion problems you have encountered when trying to read PageMaker 3.02 documents with PageMaker 4.0? I have come across text blocks that spill off below the page by a few lines, and on one occasion two superimposed text blocks. Only thing is that I'm not sure it couldn't be human error. Seems a little serious to be a conversion problem ... -Rick Vitale.
